We place great importance on ensuring your items reach you as quickly as possible. Typically, we require 1–3 business days to process your order; please note that this timeframe excludes holidays and weekends. Once the order has shipped and a tracking number is generated, standard shipping takes approximately 5–15 business days.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order for shipment immediately after verification. Due to our streamlined processing, modifying or cancelling an order can be difficult, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The standard shipping fee is $15. Delivery times vary by country/region, please refer to our shipping policy for details.
We currently do not ship to the following locations: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Hong Kong SAR, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Sudan, Sudan, and the African region.
Shipping times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment (not the date the order was placed). Actual delivery times may exceed estimates due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other factors.
Your order may be delayed by 3–7 days due to various factors. While some factors are beyond our control, we are doing our utmost to ensure your items are delivered as soon as possible! If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact our customer service department via email for further assistance.
RETURNS POLICY
We sincerely apologize if the item you received did not fully meet your expectations. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for most items in brand-new condition within 30 days of delivery. Before proceeding, please carefully review our return and exchange policy and ensure the item meets the following criteria:
1. You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you; if you are not satisfied, you may contact us to arrange a return or exchange for most items in brand-new condition within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items marked as "Non-returnable" and complimentary gifts are not eligible for return.
3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. We cannot process returns sent back without prior contact.
5. We do not offer "Freight Collect" (FTC) services for return shipments; you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once you have confirmed that all the above conditions are met, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number (or the email address used to place the order), details of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, relevant photos, and the reason for the return/exchange. We will respond within 48 hours; thank you for your patience.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
3. Drop off the package at your local post office for shipment.
4. Upon receipt of the package, we typically process the return within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Most return requests are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the package. Including the 3–5 days required for shipping, the entire process may take a total of 10–15 days.
If you choose to have the refund issued to a credit card, the process may take 10–30 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time. Please note that while we will initiate the refund with the issuing bank within 48 hours, it may take 10–30 business days for the funds to be credited to your credit card account. We have no control over the bank's processing time; please contact your issuing bank for further details.
