RETURNS POLICY

1. You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you; if you are not satisfied, you may contact us to arrange a return or exchange for most items in brand-new condition within 30 days of receipt.

3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. We cannot process returns sent back without prior contact.

2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

3. Drop off the package at your local post office for shipment.

4. Upon receipt of the package, we typically process the return within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Most return requests are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the package. Including the 3–5 days required for shipping, the entire process may take a total of 10–15 days.

If you choose to have the refund issued to a credit card, the process may take 10–30 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time. Please note that while we will initiate the refund with the issuing bank within 48 hours, it may take 10–30 business days for the funds to be credited to your credit card account.
